You can ask us at any time to delete your IXLEAN Stretch account and all personal data linked to it. This page applies to both the IXLEAN Stretch website and apps.
How to request deletion
- Email support@ixlean.com from the address your account is registered with, using the subject "Delete my account".
- You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete. Any active membership ends at the same time.
You can download a copy of your data first: sign in, open Profile → Your data and choose "Download my data".
What is deleted
Your profile (name, email address, password), favourites, watch history, program progress, comments and settings. Deletion cannot be undone.
What is kept
Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting law requires (normally five years) and are then deleted. Nothing else is kept.
Timeframe
Deletion is carried out no later than 30 days after we receive your request.
