At IXLEAN, we strive to provide our users with a high-quality fitness experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to request a refund for a purchase or subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and how to request them.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered for purchases or subscriptions, as most of our services are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once accessed. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in certain circumstances, as outlined below.
2. Subscription Services
IXLEAN offers subscription-based services that provide access to personalized fitness coaching, meal plans, and premium features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees for the duration of the subscription period.
No Refunds for Partial Use: Once you have accessed any portion of the subscription services, you are not eligible for a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
Auto-Renewals: Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If your subscription auto-renews, and you did not intend to continue the service, you may request a refund for the renewal within 48 hours of the charge.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using IXLEAN’s services, and these issues are not resolved after contacting our support team, you may be eligible for a refund.
Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchased a subscription or feature, you must contact us within 48 hours of the purchase to request a refund.
Incorrect Billing: If you believe you were charged incorrectly or multiple times in error, please notify us immediately, and we will investigate the issue. If confirmed, a refund will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
IXLEAN Token (IXL): Purchases or earnings of IXL tokens are non-refundable, as they are part of the decentralized token ecosystem.
Completed Services: Refunds will not be granted for any services or digital products that have been fully used or consumed by the user (e.g., workout plans already delivered or personalized coaching already accessed).

Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Refunds, if granted, will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
